Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Project Manager for E-commerce to lead cross-retailer initiatives remotely in the US. You will drive end-to-end projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with marketing, creative, and sales teams to launch content across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer sites.

You will ensure timely launches, robust content, and reporting across channels, while building scalable processes and RAID logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong command of project management methodology: scoping, scheduling, resourcing, risk management, and status reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority and keeping senior leaders informed.
• Excellent organization and follow-through; you can juggle several concurrent projects without dropping details.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working remotely with distributed teams and building relationships virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-retailer e-commerce initiatives end to end, including content refreshes for top-selling legacy products and new content development.
• Coordinate new product launches so they go live on time with high-quality content across priority retailers.
• Manage multi-retailer reporting projects that give leadership a consistent view of performance and opportunities.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reporting; keep work visible and moving.
• Partner with brand marketing, creative studio, sales and account teams, and agency partners to align on scope and deliverables.
• Run effective meetings, drive decisions, and follow through on action items across teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, elevate and propose solutions.
• Document and scale best practices the Center of Excellence develops for retailer teams.
