Job summary

Smart Staffing Group is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, permanently remote role in the United States. You will scope projects with Sales, define deliverables, timelines, and costs, and maintain clear communication with clients and team members.

Requirements include 2-3 years of PM experience in ecommerce, familiarity with Shopify (or Shopify Plus) and BigCommerce, and proficiency with PM frameworks and Jira. Experience working remotely is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience in ecommerce.
• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus and BigCommerce.
• Familiar with PM frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working remotely and communicating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Sales to scope projects, outline deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong communication with clients and team members.
• Ensure all project objectives and business requirements are defined and documented.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
