Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking an E‑commerce Project Manager (Remote) to lead cross‑retailer initiatives, drive content across top brands, and build scalable processes for the NA eCommerce team.

You will manage end‑to‑end projects, coordinate product launches, and deliver dashboards that reveal opportunities. Remote work is supported with strong collaboration across distributed teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong command of project management methodology including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, risk management, and status reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority and keeping senior leaders informed.
• Excellent organization and follow‑through; able to juggle several concurrent projects without dropping details.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑retailer e‑commerce initiatives end to end, including content refreshes for top‑selling legacy products, SEO product improvement pipelines, and new content development.
• Coordinate new product launches so they go live on time with complete, high‑quality content across every priority retailer.
• Manage multi‑retailer reporting projects that give leadership a consistent view of performance and opportunities across channels.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reporting; keep work visible and moving.
• Partner with brand marketing, creative studio, and sales/account teams, plus agency partners to align on scope, priorities and deliverables.
• Run effective meetings, drive decisions, and follow through on action items across teams that don’t report to you.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, escape thoughtfully, and propose solutions.
• Help document and scale the best practices the Center of Excellence develops, so retailer teams can adopt them consistently.
• As you grow, contribute to setting strategy and prioritizing the project portfolio
