Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle in a fully remote role. You will work with attorneys, finance teams, and clients to ensure accurate, timely invoices in accordance with client guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–4 years of legal billing experience, and proficiency with electronic billing platforms and Microsoft Office. Aderant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and outside counsel guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support full billing lifecycle: pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, appeals management, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and electronic billing requirements.
