Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle for our clients. This fully remote role requires 3-4 years of legal billing experience, with solid knowledge of electronic billing platforms and outside counsel guidelines.

You will collaborate with attorneys and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely invoices, appeals management, and adherence to client billing guidelines while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience interpreting client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle from pre-bill review to invoice submission.
• Prepare and finalize electronic invoices and manage appeals.
• Coordinate with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Maintain compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and electronic billing requirements.
