Togetherwork Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced SaaS technical support professional to provide expert assistance for our Dynamics 365-based platform. You will serve as the primary contact for customer issues and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex problems.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting Dynamics 365, handling tickets promptly, and documenting resolutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple issues are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Togetherwork’s platform for Microsoft Dynamics 365-based software and related applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support requests.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service while documenting issues and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to Dynamics 365 and integrated partner applications.
• Respond to support tickets and emails in a timely manner.
• Diagnose software defects and configuration issues.
• Create detailed documentation and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate within internal and external teams.
• Assist customers with system configuration and best practices.
• Lead calls with customers to review and document issues.
