Responsibilities

• Handle a steady flow of tickets from basic to advanced levels, driving timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with PSEs and Escalation Engineers to close tickets and share best practices.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements with data and feedback from tickets.
• Create and maintain internal/client documentation; promote AI tools usage.
• Pursue relevant Microsoft certifications and mentor teammates.
