Job summary

Icrats Technologies is seeking a Remote Dynamics 365 consultant to lead the technical direction on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects.

The role involves gathering detailed requirements, configuring and extending CRM, building plugins, workflows, SSRS reports, and dashboards, and coordinating with onshore/offshore teams. 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience is expected, with strong JavaScript and REST/SOAP skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of Dynamics CRM experience including 2015+ versions.
Knowledge of Entity Customizations, Security Roles, Mail Config, Business Rules and Workflows.
Integration experience with Dynamics CRM using SOAP/REST & MQ.
Experience in UII SDK configuration/extension.
Experience in plugins, workflows, and code activities.
Client-side scripting: JavaScript, JQuery.
SSRS reports and SSIS data migration.
Self-driven and able to work independently; unit testing.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed requirements gathering for Dynamics CRM engagements
Configure, customize and extend Microsoft CRM
Build components on MS CRM: plugins, workflow assembly, SSRS reports, HTML web resources
Customize workflows, ribbons, business rules, process flows, dashboards
Hands-on with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365; troubleshootapplications
Coordinate with onshore/offshore team for clarifications and status updates
