Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will handle CRM customization, data integration via Power Platform, and collaborate with teams to align CRM with business goals.

The role requires 2+ years in Dynamics365 or related CRM, with Power Platform and Dataverse experience; travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Support CRM customization and data integration using Power Platform.
• Assist BI with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
