Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts with PowerBI.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience, strong knowledge of Dynamics365 modules and Power Platform, and excellent collaboration and training skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline is required or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification is required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and BI tools.
• Experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support CRM insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
