Job summary

LATICRETE International in the United States seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role supports CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and data visualization with PowerBI.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience, strong knowledge of Power Platform, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; certifications valued.
• Security and data integrity best practices in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Integrate Dynamics365 with other systems using Power Platform tools.
• Develop Power BI reports and CRM BI solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training for Marketing teams.
