Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 3+ years experience performing commercial PCAs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Technical knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Ability to travel frequently (50%) outside local area.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record.
• Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Property Condition Assessments (PCA) per ASTM E 2018-24.
• Construction Draw Review Inspections.
• Client/Project Management.
• Conducts site visits/inspections.
• Data compilation/organization and report preparation.
