Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Due Diligence Sr. Project Manager to join our Building & Construction team. You will lead project teams, mentor staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure safety and high-quality PCA deliverables.

Role requires reviewing PCA reports, collaborating with PCA SME, and supporting template development. Candidates should have 7+ years in property assessments and be able to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience performing commercial Property Condition Assessments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience a must.
• Quire reporting platform experience is a must.
• Technical knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate and complete Intertek Internal Principal Consultant program.
• Review PCA and Enhanced PCA reports.
• Collaborate with PCA team and PCA SME to develop/update PCA report templates, including maintaining client specific templates.
• Work with Quire personnel as necessary to support PCA and Enhanced Due Diligence reports.
• Collaborate with PCA SME to update internal technical resources including libraries, internal and external resources.
• As a reviewer you will identify internal skills gaps within the PCA practice and opportunities for innovation within the industry.
• Collaborate with clients and PCA staff on project-specific technical items.
• Manage BSS related projects.
• Project management activities include proposals, planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, execution, and reporting.
• Monitor contract requirements, invoicing, receivables, and maintain acceptable profit margins.
• Participate in training and management of staff to assist projects.
• Consistent and professional interaction and communication with clients and project team.
