Job summary

Intertek seeks a Sr. Project Manager for Due Diligence in Building & Construction. This role oversees project teams, mentors staff, maintains client relationships, and ensures delivery of PCA and Enhanced PCA reports in a remote/hybrid travel setup.

Requirements include 7+ years in property condition assessments, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A related degree is preferred and Intertek offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years’ experience performing commercial Property Condition Assessments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Quire reporting platform experience required.
• Technical knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee PCA-related projects and reports.
• Review PCA and Enhanced PCA reports for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with PCA team and SME to update report templates.
• Support PCA and Enhanced Due Diligence reports for clients.
• Develop internal technical resources and libraries.
• Identify skills gaps and opportunities for innovation within PCA practice.
• Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications.
• Monitor contracts, invoicing, and project profitability.
• Provide staff training and guidance on projects.
