Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Due Diligence Sr. Project Manager to join the Building & Construction team. This remote/hybrid role requires oversight of PCA and Enhanced PCA reports, mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships while traveling up to 50%.

The position offers a competitive salary ($110,000–$150,000) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with matching, and generous PTO. Preferred degrees in Architecture/Construction/Engineering are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (for baseline)
• 7+ years’ experience performing commercial Property Condition Assessments
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience a must
• Quire reporting platform experience is a must
• Technical knowledge of commercial building systems
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record

Responsibilities

• Participate and complete Intertek Internal Principal Consultant program
• Review PCA and Enhanced PCA reports
• Collaborate with PCA team and PCA SME to develop/update PCA report templates, including maintaining client specific templates
• Work with Quire personnel as necessary to support PCA and Enhanced Due Diligence reports
• Collaborate with PCA SME to update internal technical resources including libraries, internal and external resources
• As a reviewer you will identify internal skills gaps within the PCA practice and opportunities for innovation within the industry
• Collaborate with clients and PCA staff on project-specific technical items
• Manage BSS related projects
• Project management activities include proposals, planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, execution, and reporting
• Monitor contract requirements, invoicing, receivables, and maintain acceptable profit margins
• Participate in training and management of staff to assist projects
• Consistent and professional interaction and communication with clients and project team
