Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Website Performance & CRO Manager to own conversion performance for a portfolio of DTC Shopify brands. You will drive measurable revenue growth by optimizing user experience, site speed, and checkout flows across multiple client accounts.

You will conduct CRO audits, design and execute A/B tests, analyze GA4 data and heatmaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations with wireframes and implementation guidance for designers and developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRO, website performance, UX optimization, or DTC e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product pages, themes, site structure, and conversion optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4.
• Experience using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar behavioral analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated success running A/B tests and translating results into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRO audits to identify friction and revenue opportunities.
• Develop, prioritize, and run A/B tests on homepages, PDPs, collection and checkout.
• Analyze behavior with heatmaps, session recordings, funnels.
• Create hypotheses and validate through experiments.
• Provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Provide wireframes and implementation guidance to designers and developers.
• Monitor and improve site speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Oversee QA before launches and updates.
• Own GA4 implementation, tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver monthly performance reports linking changes to CVR, AOV, revenue.
