PracticeTek is seeking a Website Optimization Manager to drive conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and website development across our U.S. web properties. The role can be onsite or remote, with a hybrid-friendly setup for candidates in major markets.

You’ll own CRO tests, front-end/back-end development, and performance reporting to improve engagement and grow our B2B SaaS footprint. The position emphasizes strategic website optimization, data-driven decision making, and collaboration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in website development and optimization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with leaders and teams.
• Experience with Webflow.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Asana experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute website optimization strategy with a focus on conversions.
• Own front-end and back-end of PracticeTek websites, leading innovation and best practices.
• Proactively optimize web properties to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
• Provide weekly reporting and deep insights on website performance and health.
• Manage multiple PracticeTek websites and act as a trusted partner across the business.
• Oversee the tech stack across web properties including platform, integrations, and chatbots.
• Prioritize development queue and coordinate with contract developers.
• Support marketing campaigns and product releases with appropriate site assets.
• Drive lead generation targets and improve engagement.
