U.S. Xpress, Inc. is seeking a Driver Recruiter for a remote role based in the United States. You will manage the full driver hiring cycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring compliance with DOT rules and company guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing recruiting or related fields and an Associate's degree. You will work with TenStreet and Pegasus systems, promoting company programs and delivering a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in a call center, inside sales, or related field.
• Experience in transportation/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process to fill openings, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Interview and assess applicants against hiring guidelines; review MVR, DAC, and background.
• Extend offers to qualified candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Provide driver openings on a daily basis for OTR and Dedicated roles.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, and salary structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and solve recruiting issues.
• Use de-escalation when handling sensitive decisions and disqualifications.
• Enter driver information in TenStreet and Pegasus systems accurately.
• Promote USX programs in recruiting, marketing, referrals, and postings.
• Communicate USX mission and culture to help candidates understand value.
