Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Recruiter, Driver to manage the driver recruitment process, from sourcing through final hire, for our nationwide driver workforce.

This remote-friendly role is based at USX Headquarters with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and timely hiring decisions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a call center or related field, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with DOT hiring guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or other related fields required.
• Transportation and/or Logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process from sourcing to closing openings.
• Review MVR, DAC, and criminal background checks.
• Interview and select candidates per USX hiring guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, and salary structures for potential candidates.
• Promote USX programs in recruiting and postings.
