U.S. Xpress is hiring a Recruiter, Driver to lead the driver recruitment process at the Tunnel Hill, GA terminal. You will source, interview, and close candidates while ensuring DOT compliance and a positive candidate experience.

You’ll review background checks, discuss OTR and Dedicated openings, and stay informed about compensation and benefits. The role supports remote work and blends in-office collaboration with field interactions.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
• Experience: 2+ years in a call center, inside sales, or related field; trucking/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Review MVR, DAC, and criminal background checks.
• Provide applicants with the appropriate USX job openings and compensation information.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings and benefits.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and advise during recruitment.
