Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and closing profiles from entry to senior levels.
• Experience in transportation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Create strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates within timelines.
• Communicate mission and culture to candidates.
• Build a network via proactive market research.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to manage expectations.
