Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Manager, Driver Recruiting to lead a high-performing team focused on meeting hiring goals and KPIs. You will own recruiting workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align recruiting with business priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in driver/high-volume recruiting and 3+ years of management experience. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Driver Recruiting or High-Volume Recruiting.
• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of driver recruiters and drive KPI achievement.
• Own department workflows, applicant tracking, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding and training for new recruiters and coach ongoing growth.
• Forge cross-functional alignment with KNX leadership and other departments.
• Lead departmental meetings and strategic recruiting initiatives.
