Responsibilities

• Collect and verify driver documents and paperwork.
• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Track onboarding progress and provide status reports to management.
• Schedule orientation sessions and communicate policy expectations.
• Arrange pre-lease inspections for vehicles.
• Maintain accurate driver qualification and compliance records.
• Design and deliver driver training programs.
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct refresher training.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers during onboarding.
• Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process.
