Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Report onboarding progress to management and run status updates.
• Schedule orientation sessions and pre-lease inspections for vehicles.
• Maintain records of driver qualifications and compliance docs.
• Collaborate with training to design driver training programs.
• Promote safety protocols and conduct refresher safety reviews.
• Be a primary contact for new drivers during onboarding and address questions.
