Responsibilities include document collection, drug screening coordination, onboarding tracking, orientation scheduling, and ongoing process improvements. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and excellent driver support.

Qualifications

• Experience with driver onboarding, processing, and follow-up (e.g., docs, licensing, compliance).
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety/compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify driver documents (license, insurance, registration, etc.).
• Coordinate drug screening and track results for compliance.
• Monitor onboarding progress and report status to management.
• Schedule orientation and pre-lease vehicle inspections.
• Maintain driver qualifications and compliance records.
• Collaborate with training to develop driver safety programs.
• Serve as primary contact for new drivers during onboarding.
• Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding.
