Job summary

RepresentUs is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to grow our supporter base and lead the major donor program. You will manage a portfolio of about 50 donors, drive annual planning, and collaborate with Marketing on digital fundraising and communications.

The role focuses on stewardship, events, and high-level reporting to leadership. This fully remote position is open to U.S. candidates, with Pacific Time preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing donor portfolios and leading fundraising strategies.
• Ability to plan annual giving and coordinate donor communications.
• Familiarity with donor management tools such as iWave, KindSight, Impala, EveryAction and ActionKit.
• Experience with digital fundraising and reporting to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of about 50 individual mid- and membership-level donors and prospects.
• Lead annual planning for individual giving including moves management plans and targets.
• Plan and run the year-end campaign and related donor communications.
• Segment email and mailing lists in collaboration with the Email Manager.
• Prepare weekly revenue and donation reports for leadership.
• Plan donor events and provide high-level stewardship.
