Qualifikationen

• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, membership programs, or related marketing work.
• Strong writing and donor-centered communications.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and draw insights.
• Experience with donor databases (Salesforce) and online giving platforms.

Aufgaben

• Grow and manage Ballotpedia’s membership and recurring giving programs.
• Plan and execute membership drives and appeals.
• Develop donor-centered fundraising copy.
• Test and optimize online giving and donor retention.
• Coordinate vendors and campaign schedules.
• Maintain donor data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Prepare regular program performance reports.
• Collaborate with Communications, Tech, and Content.
