Job summary

Together for Girls is seeking an experienced Individual Giving and Donor Engagement Manager to help build and scale a global donor program. You will design audience growth, campaigns, and donor journeys, and collaborate across Development, Communications and program teams to drive engagement and sustainable giving across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing and growing an Individual Giving program.
• Experience leading audience development, campaigns, donor journeys and/or digital fundraising.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical skills using data and performance indicators for fundraising decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for donor-facing materials.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage audiences and donor information.
• Strong relationship-building with colleagues, donors and partners.
• Ability to collaborate across Development, Communications and program teams.
• Familiarity with remote-first, asynchronous working.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the Individual Giving strategy with audience growth, donor acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Translate strategy into annual plans, campaigns, fundraising propositions and donor journeys (one-off and recurring).
• Build and manage donor pipeline using CRM and data to segment, identify and nurture prospective donors.
• Work with Communications to develop donor-facing content and fundraising approaches.
• Track and report KPIs (audience growth, donor acquisition, conversion, retention, income, ROI) and apply insights.
