Job summary

SAPA is hiring a Donor Care Manager to steward donors and support retention strategy. You will oversee acknowledgements, engagement initiatives, and a growing Donor Care team. Remote role with North American overlap; evening/weekend availability during peak giving periods is expected.

3–5 years in donor relations, strong English communication, and CRM proficiency are essential. Experience with fundraising in faith-based or diaspora contexts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in donor relations, stewardship, customer success, or nonprofit development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to manage donor data confidentially in CRM systems.
• Experience with fundraising/donor engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and thank donors via calls, emails, handwritten notes.
• Design and run a donor stewardship calendar with welcome journeys and updates.
• Monitor donor health metrics in CRM and run re-engagement campaigns.
• Address donor questions about gifts, receipts, or payments and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and segment donors by engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Donor Care staff and set SOPs.
