Job summary

Run for Something is seeking a Development Senior Associate to support the Development team remotely within the United States. You will assist with donor identification, stewardship, and reporting while managing the O a nd major gift processes and maintaining our NGP database.

You will coordinate travel and event logistics, draft donor communications, and help with research to upgrade existing donors and find new prospects. This role emphasizes DEI and organizational mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor management, and pipeline tracking.
• Strong writing and communications skills for donor updates and proposals.
• Ability to manage confidential donor information with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Development team and maintain donor data.
• Move donors through the pipeline from identification to stewardship and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for donor meetings, travel, events, and follow‑ups.
• Lead database administration and ensure accurate entry of donations and notes.
• Support mid‑level and major gifts cultivation and stewardship activities.
