Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Supporter Experience Manager to own logistics, project management, and execution of donor events, community activations, and advancement initiatives. You will partner with the Director of Supporter Experience to translate strategy into scalable, on-brand experiences that engage donors and supporters.

Qualifications

• Experience managing donor events from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and project management for donor cultivation and stewardship events, from intimate gatherings to large experiences.
• Oversee brand presence and messaging across all event touchpoints, including signage, talking points, ROS, and event web pages.
• Manage vendor relationships, venue coordination, catering, AV, and post‑event invoicing.
• Develop run‑of‑show docs, production schedules, timelines, and budget trackers.
• Coordinate RSVP tracking, guest communications, and attendee management with internal teams.
