Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Supporter Experience Associate to join our remote team. You will handle gift processing, donor service, and administrative support for fundraising activities from anywhere in the continental United States.

Responsibilities include accurate gift entry, donor acknowledgments, and coordination with the development team. Strong English communication and CRM experience are required, with union position noted.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor records in a CRM/donor database (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud).
• Professional customer service experience in high-volume environments (phone and email).
• Administrative tasks using Word processing and spreadsheets (G Suite or Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrated planning and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter gifts (online, checks, stock, wire transfers) accurately.
• Manage donor acknowledgments and issue tax receipts promptly.
• Serve as main contact for donor inquiries via phone and email with accurate information.
• Support creation of giving pages for partnerships and relationships.
• Provide logistical support for fundraising events and campaigns.
