Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Community Philanthropy Manager, Direct Response to guide the annual integrated direct/digital fundraising campaigns and oversee agency/vendor partnerships. This role will ensure alignment with organizational messaging and donor data management.

You will manage project delivery across direct mail, email, digital advertising, search, mobile fundraising, and social channels, coordinating with Internal teams for seamless execution and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Direct response marketing experience at an agency, nonprofit, or higher education (3–5 years).
• Strong understanding of direct marketing across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Community Philanthropy's integrated fundraising campaigns (direct mail, email, ads, SEM, mobile, social).
• Develop segmentation strategies to improve donor participation and engagement.
• Lead project management via Asana for campaign cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship pieces.
