• Experience managing events from concept to execution, including logistics and day-of operations.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and project management for donor events and activations.
• Oversee brand presence, messaging, ROS flow, and event web pages.
• Manage vendor relationships, venues, catering, AV, and post-event invoicing.
