Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring an Entry level Call Center Representative in North Carolina. You’ll be trained and assigned to one of four teams to call on behalf of nonprofit clients, engaging donors with approved scripts and aiming to secure donations.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or long-term stable employment history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams.
• Call 4–8 different clients per day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner with approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts for multiple client programs and meet productivity metrics.
