Job summary

MDS Communications seeks a Call Center Representative/Communication Specialist to join our team. Earn $15-$16 per hour while helping donors and supporting major charities through scripted, positive outreach.

You'll work from home in NC, on a schedule that fits 40-hour weeks, with paid breaks, time off, and eligibility for health insurance after 2 months. We offer training, a performance bonus program, and opportunities to move into management or donor services roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable work history.
• Ability to communicate with donors in a positive and engaging manner.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet at home.
• Must have a dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of several teams calling multiple clients.
• Call 4–8 different clients per day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors to secure gifts for clients.
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics.
