Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Texas to support charitable fundraising programs. You will be assigned to one of several client teams and use a dialer to contact donors and prospective donors for multiple charities.

A scripted, compliant approach ensures consistent donor engagement and gift security. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable work history, a quiet home workspace, and a dedicated wired internet connection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound telemarketing or equivalent stable work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection required.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace required.
• Interest in charitable/non-profit causes and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
