Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking an entry-level Call Center Representative in North Carolina. You will join one of four teams and perform donor outreach for multiple clients using guided scripts, aiming to secure contributions and maintain daily productivity benchmarks.

The role offers training, a 40-hour work week, and opportunities for advancement within a faith-based nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet place to work at home.
• Basic computer skills and reliability to meet fundraising metrics.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and join one of four MDS Teams.
• Call 4-8 different clients per day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors using a client-approved script and secure gifts.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
