Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and work on behalf of multiple clients.
• Call 4–8 clients per day over an 8-hour shift using a script.
• Engage with donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner to secure gifts.
• Meet fundraising and productivity metrics set by clients.
• Maintain donor relationships and follow-up as required.
