Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring for Call Center Representatives in Utah. As a Communication Specialist, you will receive training and call on behalf of multiple clients, engaging donors with a scripted approach to secure gifts. This remote role supports national nonprofit fundraising programs and offers growth into management positions.

You will work 40 hours, with shifts paying $15–$16 per hour, plus a performance bonus. A quiet home setup and reliable wired internet are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and call for 4-8 clients using predictive dialing.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
