Job summary

The Good Food Institute, Inc. is seeking a part-time Donor Operations Coordinator to support the Development, Finance, and program teams by maintaining accurate gift data in Salesforce and responding to internal data needs.

You will be the go-to resource for the fundraising team’s day-to-day data questions and ensure that gift records stay current and trustworthy. Key duties include entering donor gifts weekly, processing third-party fundraiser gifts, and generating standard Salesforce reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience providing service-oriented support to fundraising or data-driven teams.
• Experience with data entry in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor gift data in Salesforce on a consistent weekly basis.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from internal stakeholders.
• Process donor acknowledgments and manage data imports/reconciliation.
