Job summary

iMentor is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support the Development team with gift processing, data integrity, and reporting. This role reports to the Vice President of Philanthropy & Development Operations and works across Salesforce and GoFundMe Pro to ensure timely, accurate donor information.

The Coordinator collaborates with external relations leaders to coordinate department meetings and communications, and supports invoices and expense documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years nonprofit administration or related role.
• Experience with CRM or database environments; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit gift processing and donor databases.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential donor information.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and pledges across multiple vehicles.
• Maintain gift, pledge, and donor data in Salesforce.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments and receipts.
• Produce regular gift reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support data quality reviews and data integrity.
• Create and maintain fundraising and event pages in GoFundMe Pro.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc fundraising reports.
• Support department projects and donor research.
