Job summary

The Goodwill Foundation seeks a Database & Project Coordinator to maintain donor data and assist with data- and operations-related projects that contribute to fundraising efforts. You will manage donor profiles, gift entries, and reporting while supporting data integrity across CRM tools like Salesforce.

You will collaborate with Foundation leadership to ensure timely, accurate donor information, generate dashboards, and support grant tracking and events as needed.

Qualifications

Experience with donor databases and data integrity.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven collaboration with leadership and teams.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
Familiarity with Raiser's Edge and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain donor database and donor profiles with accuracy.
Enter gifts and reconcile donations, prepare reports.
Support data integrity, audits, and system upkeep.
Assist with grant tracking and entry processes.
Prepare mailing lists and segmentation for communications.
Help with donor events and on-site coordination as needed.
