Job summary

iMentor is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support the philanthropic and development teams in maintaining gift data, processing donations, and generating reports. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely donor communications, and cross-functional collaboration with external relations leaders.

You will work extensively in Salesforce and fundraising platforms, ensuring data quality and smooth operational processes for donor stewardship and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of nonprofit administration, development operations, fundraising administration, or related roles.
• Experience in CRM or database environments; Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit gift processing, donor databases, fundraising operations, or financial reconciliation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to respond to requests thoughtfully and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and pledges accurately and promptly across multiple methods.
• Maintain donor, pledge, payment, and gift data in Salesforce.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and gift-related correspondence.
• Generate regular gift reports and assist with reconciliation of philanthropic revenue.
• Maintain campaign and event data across platforms and Salesforce.
• Provide administrative support for department projects and activities.
