Job summary

ACC Senior Services seeks a Fund Development Coordinator to administer the donor database and CRM systems, ensuring accurate donor records and seamless gift processing. You will support fundraising initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and stewardship activities.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing and Fund Development and is an hourly, full-time position embedded in ACC's donor services team, collaborating with finance and program staff to advance fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in donor services, fundraising operations, database administration, CRM management, or related administrative roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with donor databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for ACC's donor database and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate donor, prospect, sponsor, and constituent records.
