• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading discipline.
• Comfort handling confidential and sensitive material.

Responsibilities

• Format, edit, and produce documents to internal and client specifications
• Maintain document templates, style guides, and branded asset libraries
• Manage version control and document workflows
• Convert documents between formats (Word, PDF, Google Docs) and platforms
• Support contract assembly, redlining, and execution workflows
• Maintain organised digital filing systems with accurate metadata
