Qualifications

• 2 years in document production, formatting, or paralegal-adjacent work.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PDF editing tools.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and document polish.
• Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, NetDocuments, iManage).
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading discipline.
• Comfort handling confidential and sensitive material.

Responsibilities

• Format, edit, and produce documents to internal and client specifications.
• Maintain document templates, style guides, and branded asset libraries.
• Manage version control and document workflows.
• Convert documents between formats (Word, PDF, Google Docs) and platforms.
• Support contract assembly, redlining, and execution workflows.
• Maintain organised digital filing systems with accurate metadata.
