You will mentor and lead your team, work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Product groups, and ensure strong customer outcomes while navigating complex environments. Significant travel is expected to support regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and competitive offerings.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customers.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and review teammates to keep them engaged and successful.
• Support field District Systems Engineering team in complex evaluations and deployments.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure opportunities and drive win rates.
• Develop and monitor individual development plans for team members.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Present as a technical expert to customers at all levels and build trusted advisor relationships.
