• Train, mentor, and review team members to ensure career growth.
• Support field District Systems Engineering team in complex evaluations.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure wins in opportunities.
• Define development plans for team members and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams for customer adoption.
• Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
• Drive Platformization efforts within accounts.
• Coordinate resources with Domain Specialist Manager for projects.
• Act as escalation point with pre‑ and post‑sales teams for issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to support account growth.
• Present as a technical expert to all levels within customer organizations.
• Discuss competitors and position Palo Alto Networks as best alternative.
• Work with Product Management, Tech Marketing, and R&D to relay customer feedback.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Develop technical strategy with sales counterparts to accelerate growth.
