• Collaborate with dealership management to execute action plans that raise customer satisfaction and service retention.
• Perform profitability analysis and reviews to drive revenue and control costs.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Provide marketing and merchandising guidance across platforms and support national/regional plans.
• Ensure compliance with Mazda policies and document dealer interactions.
